1. Introduction

Welcome to www.missionlaser.com ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using our website, services, and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations: All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.

3.2 Payments: Deposits are required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards through out website.  We except cash payments on site.  All Payments must be made before the end of your party or event time.  

3.3 Cancellations: Orders with a deposit will have a 5% cancellation fee applied to the refund.  There is no fee or penalty to reschedule the order to a different day or time.

3.4 No call no show on online orders: If you place an online order with us and do not show up to claim the reservation or call us to reschedule or cancel, we will hold your deposit for a period of one week.  If, after one week, you do not reschedule or contact us, you will loose the deposit.  

4. Game Rules and Conduct

4.1 Safety: All participants must adhere to our safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff.

4.2 Behavior: Participants must behave respectfully and avoid any aggressive or inappropriate behavior. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

4.3 Equipment: All equipment provided must be handled with care. Participants are responsible for any damage caused due to misuse.

5. Waiver of Liability

By participating in our laser tag activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation. Participants must sign a waiver before engaging in any activities.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on our website and facilities are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Virginia and North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your store's location.
